could also clear cache on any browser(s) you use.
one real good thing is to disconnect your router (if seperate from modem) then modem.
on the modem, disconnect not only the cat 5 cable to router/pc but also the actual cable from your ISP.
let this set for 1 to 5 minutes. (normal ISPs poll your connection every 30 seconds or so)
this COULD reset you IP Address unless you are paying fro a static ip, does not matter if it does or not.
after the wait period, reconnect the modem and let it cycle the lights. you can then try a direct connect to your modem from your pc.
once windows sees it (probably wants to set up a new 'network'. just go through it until you have internet access)
once you get internet access try the game and see if you still have the issue.
if you dont have the issue, shut every thing down. put your router back in the loop.
run the cycle again. if no issue you are good
if you now have the issue again, the router is slowly dieing on you.
if you live without it, take it out off the loop as above and run directly from modem until you can replace router.
if none of that works, i am not sure. drivers as lu mentioned could be the issue.
good luck
